Brian Learst brings an extensive background in the incentive and travel industries to the management team and as a partner in Energy 2 Engage (E2). From his roles as SVP with MMS Incentives and SVP and CFO at WorldTravel Partners, Brian provides a strong set of skills in the development of loyalty and incentive programs.
Brian was the partner in charge of WorldTravel Meetings and Incentives, a $100 million incentive company. In addition to his sales and marketing experience, Brian is a CPA and was a Senior Manager with ArthurAndersen & Company, where he specialized in the travel, real estate and financial industries.
This unique experience provides a strong acumen that enables him to help E2 build loyalty and incentive programs with a strong ROI.

Barry Meisel joined the team from Bank of America where he was an SVP and spent 5 years in various business development, strategy, and leadership roles. Prior to that, he served as the CFO for a 400-employee organization within the franchise industry, leading many operational and financial facets of the business. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of sales and management roles with both Enterprise Rent-A-Car and HSBC. Growing revenue and improving engagement have been consistent outcomes within each organization and remains a relentless focus.
Barry’s unique blend of experience includes both large and mid-sized companies - he looks forward to collaborating with clients, helping them achieve their objectives, and serving them with excellence.
Barry grew up in the Philippines and has traveled throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States. He lives in Charlotte with his wife and two children. In addition to investing time with family and friends, he is involved in his church and also mentors a small group of future business leaders.

Natalie Topper relocated to Charlotte to lead our Marketing efforts. She spent the previous 6 years in the greater DC area developing a diverse portfolio of marketing campaigns and project management skills. While there, she earned her Masters in Communications from Johns Hopkins University, specializing in integrated marketing communications, crisis communications and public relations. She brings marketing and business experience ranging from small business to Fortune 500 environments.
She is responsible for E2's marketing and sales support, as well as partnering with clients to create successful communications plans and assist with their promotions.
Natalie lives in the Lake Norman area with her husband, daughter and their two rescue dogs.
